Refunds and Returns

We want every order to arrive just right. Because we carry heat-sensitive and consumable items, our return policy is designed to keep things fair, safe, and easy to understand.
π Refund Window
Unopened, non-perishable products:
β’ Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Perishable or opened items:
β’ Eligible for review within 14 days of delivery if there is a quality, fulfillment, or shipping issue.
Requests made after these timeframes are not eligible.
πΈ Refund Credit Type
β’ Refunds for unopened products are issued to the original payment method.
β’ For opened or perishable product issues that qualify, we offer store credit or an exchange of equal value once your claim is approved.
β’ Shipping costs are not refundable.
β’ Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error.
π¦ Exceptions for Open or Perishable Products
We cannot accept returns on:
β’ Opened or partially used items unless defective or incorrect
β’ Perishable items such as infused chocolates, gummies, or pet treats
β’ Clearance or final-sale items
If you believe an opened item arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and details for review. We do not resell returned items for safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery so we can help quickly.
